FAQ

The ones that matter.

Do guests need an account to see the gallery?

No. They open the link in any browser, with the password if you’ve set one. No accounts, no installs, no forms.

Does the link ever expire?

No. Positiva links have no expiry date: on their anniversary, it will still open the same gallery.

Is the wedding film billed or stored separately?

No. Photos and video share the same storage on your plan and the same gallery, with layouts made for the film.

Can I give the couple and the guests different permissions?

Yes. Each link sets its own download quality — view only, web, or high with originals — and its own password. Two links to the same gallery can deliver different permissions.

How do I get the album selection?

From the Favorites step: export the couple’s selection to Lightroom Classic, as a list of file names (.txt), a spreadsheet (.csv) or Finder color tags.
